Training in health prevention for women in rural areas in Guatemala

With this project especially indigenous women and residents of rural areas in South-West Guatemala are being empowered. People are trained to be professionals in health prevention aspects and first aid in their little community and to improve the services of medical attention. Because of the training women were able to know the symptoms of common diseases (respiratory, intestinal, infectious, etc.) and they were able to point out the best treatment.
