Social Integration in Jardines de Apoyo

The goal is to mitigate the effects of poverty in Jardines de Apoyo (Masaya Province). Therefore, between 2004 and 2008, new houses for families who lived in exclusion and extreme poverty were built. The project includes the integral programme for social action, which was developed in 2000, and schooling of children, vaccination, medical examination and adult education.
